Shame you have to put 1 star for the most incompetent company i have ever dealt with. Our motorhome has to go back to the dealer and the dealer requested a breakdown report as we couldnt get it started. Our insurance and breakdown is through Adrian Flux and they said they would send a mechanic from their trusty network. Enter Dodgy Dave who turned up in a beat up 21 year old freelander with an exhaust note that Uncle Buck would have been embarassed by. He had no clue how to attach the jump leads to the positive terminal in the engine bay and then when i pointed it out he said there was nowhere to earth it! Cue the next ten minutes of Dodgy Dave watching a Youtube video on how to not only find the battery on a Fiat Ducato, but also how to connect jump leads to it. Cue another ten minutes of watching Dodgy Dave trying to connect his jump leads to the battery terminals. In the end i had to do ot for him. Anyway long story short they said they would send me a report straight away on letter head that i could send to the dealer confirming it wasnt safe to drive. 3 days later and several phone calls to chase was told totally different stories as to what was going on. Then yesterday morning Dodgy Dave finally stepped up, not for me mind but accusing me of calling the staff incompetent and harassing them. Absolutely laughable as it was completely untrue. We then told the dealer that Greenfields had done a report who then rung them. Someone at greenfields told the dealer it was just a flat battery and fine to drive, completely contradicting the roadside report they eventually sent. Utter shambles of a company.
Probably one of my best happy accidents to stumble upon this garage. Over the last couple of months they have done extensive work on my ford fiesta due to a family member letting me down on some work that needed doing for an M.O.T. The work they have done has included welding on the rear mount suspension and exhaust,wheel bearing replacement,new rear brushes and arms and numerous other things to get the car passed and roadworthy. After all of that the clutch decided that it wanted to fail me as well so I booked in with them again,fitted me in straight away and replaced the whole unit and it feels like I'm driving a completely different car. Can't praise these guys enough. Friendly family run business where all the staff are pleasant and engaging and more importantly know there stuff and have helped me out of a hole on several occasions with their prompt service. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future.
Took my Saab 9-5 first thing this morning for an Air Con regas. Was told the system needed pressure testing for leaks, as no refrigerant showing in the system. After a little while i was pleased to be informed no leaks were noted, and the car was regassed with refrigerant. My overall experiance with this company was excellent, they were friendly, informative, and did a damn good job. Cant believe the difference in the Air Con now , so much better in fact just thawing out now back home ha ha. Utterly fabulous service, everyone I dealt with was faultless including Den the driver. They were recommended to me and I would recommend them to anyone.
Just had car serviced with them. They are very helpful and friendly. My car feels smooth as silk including the pedals, which tells me that they aren't cutting corners and are delivering the full service. The fact that they will pic up your car for free is also a nice touch. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
Really great service from all the staff from greenfields. They came out to my house to look at my car to find what had broke for free. They then recovered it from my drive for a small price and took it in to repair it. Nothing seemed to be a issue for them to do the work. Costs are pretty reasonable.
Moved my old NG TA with no brakes and no clutch from old rented garage to new. Difficult to move and difficult site, but the guys were friendly and very helpful and efficient. Within 30 mins we were all sorted. Fantastic service! Thanks.
