Great customer service from the knowledgeable receptionist (Lucy?) to Jordan and the mechanic who examined my car. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, professional and honest The site is insanely clean and tidy too for a repair shop/garage Just moved to Burton-on-Trent and they are a breath of fresh air. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.
Lovely knowledgeable receptionist. My initial tyres did not arrive, so others chosen. Arrived for appointment, was told the time it would take but my car was ready sooner. Efficient staff, all of whom I met were very pleasant. Final bill was less than i expected. Thank you all

First time I have used ETS and very happy with the excellent service. I was booked in for a MOT which was recommended by my wife and daughter and I can see why, so professional. All the extras free additions too which was very noticeable on my way home (the balancing of the tyres etc). I will definitely use Eden Tyres Services Burton on Trent again.
Bought my car here two weeks in a row for tyres .. After a bad experience at another place I found these out and decided to give them a go .. Really glad I did!, Well priced, very helpful and friendly staff - cracking job and will definitely be using here from now on :)
Came in to get 2 tyres following a MOT advisory. Jordan took my call and advised me on my options. Booked in, drive up, tyres changed, tracked, aligned, and back on the road to Scotland. Comfortable and clean waiting area with plenty of parking out front. With free coffee and WiFi. Large viewing area. Also provide car service, repairs and exhausts etc. Great service and prices are reasonable.
I was really pleased with the service I got. I called up for same day appointment as I had what I believed to be a slow puncture. I asked for a puncture repair if possible and to see any damage they found. The tyre was brought out to me. It could be repaired. The work was very good value for money. Professional service by all the chaps there. I am 36 year old female and I was treated very well (sometimes daunting at a garage depending in the type of garage). Jordan on reception was really helpful. A very easy, pleasant and cost effective trip. Will be back. Thanks so much
I can't recommend this garage enough. Was visiting my mum and headlight bulb gone. After a quick Google found this place just around the corner. Garage spacious and very clean and tidy which is always a good sign. After something like 15 minutes I was back at my mums with a mince pie and a cuppa and job done! Very reasonable price too! If you have any problems at all with your vehicle take it to Eden Tyres and Servicing.
Excellent customer service yet again in the event of needing a main bulb replacing. Spoke to Jordan who informed me that it could be done whilst I wait and when would be quicker. Came this afternoon and sorted within 15 minutes. Amazing customer service yet again. Thanks Luke Gregory
Great experience with Eden tyres, booked a time and chose new front tyres online, polite professional fitter, all done in about 20 minutes, no additional costs or attempts to sell me anything else. As an elderly woman on her own, I felt very comfortable here. Will definitely use this company again.
