   Following intense toothache following my tooth breaking and exposing the nerve, I contacted the practice to arrange an emergency appointment to have the affected tooth removed. An appointment was arranged for the same day which was a godsend. On arrival the staff were welcoming and the waiting room was clean and comfortable. My appointment was with Johnathon and he was lovely. We discussed what was happening and the options where I felt welcome and my opinions heard. We discussed the pricing so nothing was a surprise at the end of the appointment. The extraction itself went seamlessly and I experienced no pain. I was given information on what to expect and look out for and a little pack with some painkillers and extra gauze in case I needed it. The practice followed up the next day to check on how I was feeling which was a lovely surprise. I would definitely recommend the practice to anyone who is looking for a new dentist and wishes to be treated kindly as an individual with respect and have excellent results.

   I had avoided the Dentist for some years due to previous bad experiences, I was forced to go due to terrible pain and a broken tooth. Wickam Dental have completely turned this around for me, with their high level of understanding, care and incredible painless treatment. From full root canal, fill and new crown by the marvelous Dentist Lizzie, to full clean and Periodontal Treatment by Angelika their fantastic Hygienist. The whole Dental nurse team were superb making sure I was happy and well cared for. Wickham Dental Practice have significantly increased my quality of life and fully eradicated any fear I had going to the Dentist. 6 Stars if this was available! "Fear not the dentist".

   Amazing results! What more can I say, I am just so thankful that Wickham Dental Practice came highly recommended to me at just the right time when, having spent years as an NHS patient and then having had an unfortunate experience at a different private practice, I was at a loss as where to turn to next. However, from my very first in-depth consultation with Dr Audrey Adamson, when I was made to feel completely at ease and so grateful to at last meet a very professional yet kind and empathetic dentist, I felt confident that I would receive the best treatment. Nevertheless, being a nervous patient it was not without trepidation that I embarked on my journey. Now, having had extensive work done I could not be happier with the results, all thanks to Audrey's expertise, kind and gentle manner and sense of humour together with Vicki, her fantastic dental nurse, offering encouragement and comfort along the way, I have finally regained my smile, healthy teeth and gums and a great boost to my self-confidence!    My husband and I have been patients of Wickham Dental Practice, for a few years now , we are so fortunate to have found such a special dental practice. We have always been made to feel very much part of the practice, as individuals, and not just as patients. It is a very friendly Practice , and the dental care is exceptional. Our dentist , Lizzie has always shown us great respect during our treatment , we have always been well informed , with written treatment plans and costs. Lizzie is very personable , is gentle and skilful and very knowledgeable, when working in our mouths. My husband had a filling yesterday which he didn’t feel , and now has a beautifully restored tooth. Thank you Lizzie. The treatment is always painless, we don’t even feel the injections, when required. The dental team , including the hygienist, Angelika , ( whose treatment today was excellent and we both feel the benefit of her skills and our mouths feel so much better) The nurses , Emma and Dawn , the receptionists ( Julie today ) are all so professional, caring and supportive and the practice is a happy place to have our dental treatment. From the very first appointment to discuss options, I felt in good hands and listened too. Then from getting my teeth ready, the actual composite bonding and finally whitening & aftecare everything was brilliant and I was very looked after. Im so pleased with my smile & I look forward to continuing looking after it with all the staff at the practice.

   Dr Judson was invited into Boundary Oak School to chat to the children about dental health. She was wonderful and inspired the pupils to take better care of their teeth.    Being a nervous patient I found the practice very attentive towards me, Lizzy explained every thing she was going to do and then listened to my concerns. Her dental nurse was a complete star giving positive reassurance all the way through my extraction. I felt no pain and could not believe it when Lizzy announced she had extracted my tooth.( I thought she had only just started with the job in hand) I would highly recommend this practice the reception staff are helpful, very polite and friendly and are willing to answer any questions you may have regarding the products the practice sells or future appointment. First Class treatment from the time I walked in to the moment I left.

   I'd been thinking about having doing my teeth straightened for a few years but had been put off by various orthodontist and then a friend recommended Dr Lizzie Judson so I thought why not have a chat with her. When I spoke to Lizzie she took the time to listen to what I wanted to achieve, she also took the time to talk me through what I could expect to happen and suggested that I have some time to think things through before commiting to any treatment plan (it only took me a day). We arranged a day for scans & photos to establish whether my teeth were right for treatment (thankfully they were). Whilst every discussion we had was a joint discussion I relied on Lizzie to give me a balanced view based on her professional knowledge, which is exactly what she did - our discussions highlighted that fast braces would give me the best results (a number of my top teeth were mis-aligned - with a very crooked front tooth which to my surprise also impacted on the bottom row of my teeth - funny what shows up when your teeth are scanned). A month after my initial appointment my fast braces were fitted (quicker than I thought) and I had regular appointments (as per the treatment plan) for minor adjustments, maintenance, band fitting etc and to make sure that everything was going as it should - I'm pleased to say it was. Lizzie and the team looked after me so well each time I visited the practice (Emma always the reassuring arm - thank you) and I was given an out of hours number to call in case I had any issues - which I'm pleased to say I never used. It's also amazing when your wearing your braces and you can see your teeth slowly start to straighten. My braces are now off and I won't forget when Emma handed me the mirror to show me my teeth I could have cried - they're so beautiful. I'm happy to smile properly now and don't worry about smiling. I want to show off my lovely straight teeth. If you're considering orthodontist treatment I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Lizzie Judson and the Wickham Dental Team, you won't look back I can assure you.
