Visited today and had a different dentist. He was very thorough and spent time asking medical history. He gave feedback and advice on areas of my teeth which needed extra attention and then gave my teeth a quick clean, which hasn’t happened for years! Thank you. Best visit for a long time.
Its scary how awful this practice is. The admin mess ups, the absolute lack of staff support. Lazy receptionists. But worst of all, untrained student dentists. They put me through impossible levels of pain . Tried a root canal on an infectet absys tooth without any working aenesthetics. It was hell. I found another dentist who couldnt believe what they had done here. Avoid this place at all costs !
As someone who is petrified of the dentist and hasn’t been in years, I have been back 4 times in the last week to see Roxana, I can honestly say she has made me feel so safe, content and comfortable, had it not been for her I wouldn’t have got the work done. I look forward to seeing her now, and thanks to her I will be getting a new “smile” again! Thanks roxana, I appreciate you ❤️
It appears every time I make an appointment, a couple of weeks before the appointment I receive a text to say the appointment has had to be cancelled and I am required to call the practice to make a new one. This also happens to my partner and daughter. They need to sort out their appointment system and provide a better service.
As always great service with lots of smiles from all staff members you encounter on your visit. It's the best Dental surgery I have ever been too. Although private as an NHS patient you are treated with respect and it doesn't make you feel your less important that a private patient Highly recommended especially the dentist Roxanne and her dental practitioner that I see regularly
Appalling service and rude receptionist. It’s no wonder you rarely see the same dentist twice. Not going back there again.
Absolutely terrible. Continuosly cancelling appointments, can never get through to re-book, always running late. Nothing positive to say.
Smile Dental Care are an amazing practise - especially with my youngest daughter who has additional needs, they always go above and beyond to support her, make her feel comfortable going to the dentist. Receptionists are also lovely, who help to make our time at the dentist eaiser! Thanks so much :)
Wife had dental work yesterday has not been done properly left with sharp edges on tooth which is cutting tongue and inside her mouth, she went there to get it sorted out was told they can do it privately, why should we pay for when you have messed it up in the first place, so now will be wait for a response from you
Excellent service, all the staff are very nice, except one receptionist but I'll let you find out which one. The dentist I have {lady} is fantastic, her work is exceptional.
