Felt very rushed over an hour Wait after being promised a fifteen minute, nail lengths very uneven not the worst not very noticeable, but can french tips all different sizes. Not very happy with the work, but some of the designs are good. Personally, do want to get them redund somewhere else. But can't because of money.
I visited this salon for the first time this week and what a lovely team! The staff were friendly, professional and I felt the salon was fresh. My daughter had mentioned to me that Bagshot Nails was a game changer for her. I can definitely agree.
The quality of the nail work was really good, although at moments I felt slightly rushed. I was asked if I had biab before because the light can make nails feel hot. I have had biab before but I haven’t had this much discomfort and burning, one of my nails felt sore from a burn for a day or two. During my visit, I noticed that other customers — who appeared to be white — were offered refreshments, while I was not. Given that I had booked multiple services, which appeared to be more than the customers present had booked, I felt I should have received the same consideration. I believe every customer deserves equal treatment, and small gestures of courtesy can make a big difference in creating a welcoming environment for all.
They are always so good!!! My nails have been amazing every time! My favourite. They’re nice, and clean and talented! Highly recommend! Here’s just a couple of photos of the nails I’ve had done recently! Absolutely love!
I recently had a full set of acrylics done and I’ve never come across a nail salon amazing as this! It wasn’t a rushed thing the man that did my nails took so much time to make sure my nails looked amazing and that I was happy with them. The service is amazing and they are honestly such amazing people. My nails have lasted so many weeks and still look amazing! Would definitely recommend :)
I always do pedicure. The staffs are very friendly and nice. They always give coffee amd drinks…Shop is new and clean. I love the shop
Well, are all nail bars the same? Definitely not. My nails looked truly awesome as I walked out of here. 5* rating for atmosphere, care and attention to detail.
They’re amazing! Friendly, reasonably priced and the nails are great. I’ve been a regular customer since i moved to Camberley in August - can’t recommend enough.
First time visitor - what a wonderful welcome. I would give the staff 5 stars. They were friendly, kind and really made me feel like a valued individual, offering me a drink was a lovely touch to my experience. I asked for a new set of the dip powder and was very pleased. However, I thought the price was very high, higher than I usually pay, £35. Okay, for quality that it not an unreasonable price. But, 3 nails have chipped in a week, which is unusual for me. They do no seem to be lasting and for £35 I would expect them to last the month, which is my usual routine.
