I dont like the system of ordering food on your Phone. If I go out to eat I want a social interaction. Not just someone putting a plate on my table and never checking back in
I had breakfast here on occasions or a drink at evenings. I find the staff to be really friendly and helpful. Today I had a chat with Cerys and Josh- both fantastic and professional. I used to enjoy having haggies with breakfast but sadly it has been removed from the menu. Anyway great place and great staff definitely 5* for me. Thank you guys Michael
Weird that there are so many negative comments ! So far all my meals were good and the staff was nice! It is true that we would expect the servers to pick your order at the table… but we got used to it.
Weekend trip with my son’s football team. Great food and service all 3 nights. My only complaint was on the last day a couple of meals had missing items from them, but the servers were very helpful and corrected it in an efficient manner, and the restaurant was very busy at the time so it was completely understandable. Would highly recommend, not just the restaurant, but the entire hotel to everyone
Food is hit and miss. I had a couple of meals here during my stay but needed to go to a real restaurant on my last night, I couldn’t handle the menu for another close meal. And overpriced for what you get. Service is just meh…no one brings you food or drinks since you have to order at the bar. Drinks are great though. Atmosphere is great as well.
