Hi all, I have been trying to sort out a faulty door for almost 11 months now and thought I was finally getting somewhere when howdens sent a representative out to see the issue for themselves, however even after me chasing them up and being told that the right person would ring me, nothing has happened, no phone call they are just ignoring us.
Kerri,who had just started in the role of designing and selling kitchens was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and she sorted all glitches, that are bound to occur, efficiently. The only problems occurred were when she had to defer to her manager Nathan Parker, who was the most inefficient manager i have known, would always blame someone else and the after sales when they actually owed us money were appalling!! We have had to constantly chase this guy, who does not return our calls or respond to our emails!! Would we use them again ? the quality of the kitchen is brilliant, so yes probably as long as we only had to deal with Kerrie or anyone else other than the manager!!
Nathan efficiently measured up and emailed plans through as promised next day. A couple of different options were sent through in a matter of minutes to give ideas of colour and door sizes. Order was placed, delivery 3 days later. Professional service, quality items. 10/10
Fabulous customer service from Phil, Nathan and team. I told Nathan the type of kitchen I wanted and the first design he came up with was perfect, I didn’t want to change anything. This was a completely stress free and very enjoyable experience from start to finish. Thank you! I highly recommend this team!
So we ordered the lovely chosen kitchen, Nathan did a good design, all was well. Our build ran over by a month and here the problem begins. They get mad when you bump and order into another month, oh yes anyone would think we had caused the company to go under. They charged £120 storage, which we refused to pay. Kitchen was eventually required, delivered and fitted, one whole cupboard missing, 3 drawer front and two doors! After storage, unbelievable. Within days of delivery they threatened court proceeding for non payment. We have now had to pay as they didn’t even manage to wait to the end of the week for payment as promised. One door still missing. Never use this company.
