Been with the Dental Practice only a few weeks and the care, treatment, friendliness and overall atmosphere is very pleasant. So much better than my previous Dentist, which was soulless.
Very good experience when I’ve been from start to finish when first went in filled in my details on I pad which receptionist showed me wot to do said any problems let me know,so very nice friendly professional receptionist to help you and books you in then the lady called me in that helps the dentist very nice friendly and helpful then saw the lady dentist who was just gave me check up at the time asked if I’ve had any problems I said no so she proceeded with my check up then said that’s all done you can go see the receptionist which I did payed my bill which was on the nhs and went home. Very good friendly professional dentist and a good team they are together.
My wife recently joined this practice along with the kids. The dentist was really nice with the kids, they want to go back to get another sticker. My wife said that reception was nice and took the time to speak to the kids and not over them. Same for the dentist. The car park was a little busy, my wife thought people were parking there to go to the shops which are close, however she still got a parking space which wasn’t an option at our previous dentist. My wife had some private cosmetic treatment, having her teeth polished which she was happy with. I would recommend them if there still taking new patients when your looking.
I came to the practice recently as I was in absolute agony with a tooth. It had been ages since I had been to the dentist due to the Covid pandemic and was so scared and nervous but the dentist and nurse were absolutely amazing they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, told me exactly what my options were and what could be done and did it perfect. I can’t remember the last time a dentist explained to me what my problem was and gave me some options. Thank You
I visited this practice with an emergency while my regular dentist at a different practice was on holiday. Was seen by Dr Gill who looked after me really well. The ladies at reception were really nice as well. I had my problem sorted and left pain free. So a big thanks to Dr Gill and the rest of her team. Would highly recommend.
Great practice. I have an issue with my gums and need deep scaling. I moved to the dentist recently after my old dentist moved to being fully private. They did a great job, the dentist was very nice and took her time to check me over and clean my teeth. I would recommend her, sorry I don’t remember her name. The staff was friendly. The practice has really good parking and it’s free, so it was a really easy and convenient visit.
I recently registered with this practice after hearing from a friend they were taking new NHS patients. I got an appointment quickly. Experience was good. I was seen by a Dr Gill, who took her time speaking to me and helping me understand my options which was nice. So far so good.
Really nice nurses and dentists. I am always a little nervous about going to the dentist. They made me feel really comfortable and didn’t rush me at all. Thanks very much.
They are strictly observing covid regulations. So this will not be a hub for re infection.
