Purchased a car battery from Autosave Bridge of Don today and the service was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, making the whole process quick and easy. Great customer service and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
Don't bother - this store is a total joke. I needed a component for my car. Autosave was suggested by another retail outlet who didn't stock the part I needed. Once at Autosave (a 50 mile round-trip) the staff were initially helpful looking for my specific part. Despite having many similar parts, they didn't have my exact one in stock. I asked them if I could order the specific part...and here's where the idiocy began. When the member of staff asked the supervisor if the part could be ordered they were told, somewhat emphatically, 'no'. This was because another member of staff (presumably a manager) had banned any more ordring of that specific part. The reason for this was then explained to me: The last person who had ordered that part hadn't been in to pick it up and '...that was two weeks ago!' (said with the same venom that might be associated with having someone's dog take a dump on your lawn). What??? I'm not allowed to order a part because the last monkey who ordered one hadn't been in to pick up their part? What?? Why the rush to tar me with the same brush? Total idiocy and about as far from good customer service as it is possible to get. I like to support physical businesses so that they are there when I need them (especially in a hurry or when I want to check out the product in person). Eventulally I bought the part online, further cementing the demise of the highstreet.
Friendly and very helpful staff. Very good selection of all you'll need for your car and if they don't have it in they'll get it for you very quickly.
The staff at the Bridge of Don shop are brilliant! They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. Very friendly and helpful. Good price. Went in for replacement windscreen wipers. They had them in stock and the lovely guy even fitted them for me. Highly recommend Autosave in Bridge of Don.

Expensive but good for getting very random car things at short notice
Incredibly helpful when I needed roof rails and box in a hurry. I had missed their ordering deadline with Thule but they got hold of them anyway and received the parts in time. Kept me fully updated and fitted for me. Really helpful, professional and friendly,
