Got a puncture at an incredibly challenging time, but I got my car to Laws Tyres Bridge of Don and they went overboard on timely investigation of the problem and swapped in my spare tyre for me to reduce the burden for me on the day. Staff were very generous and customer focussed. They really want their customers to leave happy. I hope I never have to use them again for a puncture, but if the need arises that's where I'll go.

I made an appointment online for a pressure check for my tyres at Laws in Bridge of Don, the guys on reception were really helpful and pleasant, it turned out I had a nail in my tyre, they sorted this for me, I didn’t have to wait long and was offered a coffee while I waited. I was really pleased with the prompt service and the price, I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been going to Laws Tyres for a number of years now, and I always find the service quick and reliable. I’ve never felt that they try to upsell unnecessary services. My most recent visit was to switch over to winter tyres. I was able to discuss everything over email, and from the moment I said “go ahead and order the tyres,” they had them fitted within two and a half days, super efficient! As a female driver and self-confessed petrolhead, I often find that businesses in the motor industry assume I know nothing and feel the need to mansplain everything, which is very frustrating. That’s certainly not the case here! They always treat me as someone who knows what they’re talking about, which I really appreciate. Thank you!

I've turned up on Saturday morning with nail in a front tyre. They were not too busy fortunately and patched it within half an hour. Very good experience. Highly recommended.

Called the Bridge of Don location looking for a new battery in a bit of a hurry. They didn't have one in stock but got it there within 90 minutes and called and let me know the minute it arrived. Fitted swiftly and they gave the car a quick look over to ensure everything was fine. Great service lads. Thank you

They took a chance but I didn’t bite. Wheel alignment (yawn) was advised although I know that the alignment is perfect. Worth a shot guys but nope. Tyres fitted and done ok but sorry I don’t think I will be back.

Went to Laws tyres last week to get a quote for 4 new tyres, to be told that I needed to pay £500 for 4 new tyres, wheel alignment (around £150) and replacement of all 4 TPMS valves (costing around £40 per valve). The salesman I was speaking to was clearly making things up as when I suggested going through the website or ordering to them through black circles, he was clearly trying to make up information on the go (like how I couldn't claim NHS discount through the website - maybe time to consider removing all the NHS stickers on the desk boys, clearly don't care that much..!). I went 2 minutes down the road to Kenway tyres who offered me 4 new tyres (including labour, and the mysteriously expensive TPMS valves) at a discounted rate of £260. Oh and the wheels did not need aligned. As a young woman attending Laws garage on my own, it was obvious to me that they were trying to take advantage and charge me an excessive amount of money. I would absolutely not recommend this garage and would advise anyone to consider visiting Kenways tyres, a whole 0.2 miles down the road.

Always wary about tyre fitters who always want to compare the quotes you have already - their initial quote per tyre was £50 more than BlackCircles. I ordered online to be fitted at Laws. I’ve never had issues changing tyres from winter to summer, but Laws told me they recommend the TPMS to be changed each time. I turned down their offer of £29 per TPMS per wheel and magically the TPMS was damaged on each tyre. They then had to fit new TPMS on each tyre but couldn’t offer their initial offer and it was now £39! That’s a big price hike in 20 minutes. Didn’t like the fact that the TPMS they’d changed couldn’t be found in their bin - even though the bins hadn’t been used that morning and the bin bags were empty. Other garages I’ve used have let me see the parts before disposal. They’ve left a poor impression of tyre fitting via BlackCircles.....no wonder the garage didn’t have any other customers that morning!!!
