   What a fantastic company to deal with. Excellent communication in helping me check it was comparable with my car and the alloy condition description given to me was spot on. The alloy was very well packed and at a great price. Only took two days delivery at Xmas time for a 340 mile journey. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Overton again. Thank you very much.

   Very poor customer experience sales desk worker Ben tried to charge over the price of a new part then quickly grabed the parts throwing them in the bin in front of my face wasting my time and there time. Ben has serious issues and is lucky he wasn’t dealt with there and then by my self. Who would employ guys like this to run their business I have no idea this company has certainly went down hill.

   Master Clutch Cylinder not available for my Subaru Forester from main dealer for 12 weeks due to no stock. I rang Overtons 9am Monday to ask if they had one on a car they were breaking. It arrived by post the next day for £60. Great value, Great service. Thank you

   DO NOT USE THEY SELL ALMOST BROKEN PARTS. Bought a gearbox from them and was assured it would be checked over and in good condition. Got new gearbox delivered to Inverness. No problems so far. However I got my gearbox fitted and it was immediately obvious that the bearings were on the way out! When I rang up to get a resolution to this, the man on phone didn't seem to care they were selling parts unfit for selling. Offered a full refund but said they wouldn't do anything about the £300 it cost to get it fitted! And had to cheek to offer to sell me a more expensive one! I would give ZERO stars if I could. I even said I would be happy if they just offered me the bearings and I would get the sorted myself but was met with a "no we don't do that" extremely poor service and SELLING DODGY PARTS.
