   First of all i'm only giving this garage 1 star, but should REALLY BE NO STARS AT ALL.....bought the car from Murisons Rosehill Garage on the 19/03/25 from so called salesman Cameron Hadden. Went back many times as there was a screeching high pitch noise coming from n/side front wheel to which i was told from Colin, so called Service Manager. He would come with me for a test run to see if he could hear the screeching or high pitched noise. Which he openly admitted he couldn't hear anything due to his hearing not being 100%. Got car booked in on Friday the 1st of August 2025. Dropped car off first thing that morning. Never recieved car back till 1500 to which i was told they couldn't find anything wrong. Persisantly the noise carried on till the 15th Sept 2025. Car was booked in againto which i recieved a phone call from Stephen McDonald say they would change discs and pads both sides at the front which i paid £114 for. Noise was still persistant, car was booked in for a 3rd time YES THAT'S RIGHT A THIRD TIME on the 20th Oct 2025 which i was told they still couldn't find anything wrong. So i took my car to an independant car garage for a check over and to my astonishment the discs and pads that were fitted by MURISONS AT ROSEHILL, the discs were show fracture cracking and the pads were nearly worn out CHEAPEST OF THE CHEAP....IF YOU ASK ME. MUST'VE GOT THE PARTS SECOND HAND....... So if anyone thinking of putting your car in here for a service or mot.....Forget it, my advice go elsewhere !!!!!!!!! Second hand workmanship if you ask me Cameron Hadden Stephen McDonald Colin McMillan AFTER SALES ARE SHOCKING... CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT MUCH BETTER SPOKE TO MANY PEOPLE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD NEVER GO BACK OR USE THIS GARAGE AGAIN...... Regarding your reply I WAS NEVER HANDED A STONE THAT WAS SEEMINGLY REMOVED FROM BETWEEN THE DISC AND PAD. COLIN ALSO DENIED HE COULDN'T HEAR ANYTHING ( COLIN SAID TO ME HIS HEARING IS NOT 100% TO ME..... IS HE DENYING THIS ?......HE SHOULDN'T BE IN THE POSITION OF SERVICE MANAGER)AS HE NEVER DROVE THE CAR. Also you never even presented me with paperwork or said to me that the parts had a 3 year warranty......plus your dates are wrong because the car went in to yourselves on the Monday the 20th of october not the 23rd as you have stated......car was paid for on the 13th of March 2025.....and picked up on the 19th of March 2025.... not the 9th of April 2025 as you have stated you guys need to get your dates correct......
