   Visited recently for a dental check up and private hygienist appointment. Staff were amazing and professional, the dentist talked me through Invisalign as a potential option in the future and the benefits. He took the time to ensure I could have a complementary check in with the Invisalign team on the same day. The hygienist did an amazing job and my teeth have never felt cleaner and she made excellent recommendations. Will definitely visit again for checkups in between my routine dentist and any private work. Cannot recommend enough!

   1 is not low enough. Horrendous service - I was misadvised that I became an nhs patient and was told to await a call back. 6 months later, I call back and find I’m on a list of 2000 people and do I want to become a private patient. Avoid! Thank you for your reply. My review reflects my personal experience of being advised that I was registered as an NHS patient and subsequently discovering, six months later, that I remained on a waiting list of approximately 2,000 people and was instead invited to move to private treatment. This was a communication failure and resulted in unreasonable delay, which is directly relevant to patient service standards. My feedback remains accurate to that experience. I trust it will be used to review and improve internal communications to manage patient expectations more effectively going forward.

   I can’t recommend this dentist enough! I’ve been with them for a few years now and I have to say the treatment and care is outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. My dentist Tony was thorough, gentle, and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The quality of care is truly outstanding — you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I’ve never had such a positive dental experience before, and I would 100% recommend this dentist to anyone looking for exceptional care.

   Best dentist! The office is very modern with all the latest tech. The teeth cleaning is actually pleasant, which is saying a lot! They have screens on the ceiling with calming scenes and music to make the whole experience soothing. The staff are all so friendly. It’s a great experience going to the dentist!

In particular, the Invisalign treatment I had to straighten my teeth a few years ago yielded fantastic results.
