   I went with my two young children and found the service from start to end was fabulous. The Dentist and dental nurse (?) were particularly good with my two children, even when I was in the chair having my check up! I cannot recommend this Dental surgery enough.

She is amazing. I am sure that Belper Dental Practice is very proud to have such a wonderful manager. The reception team is also very helpful and always understanding.    I rang early requesting an emergency appointment and was given one this afternoon. I listened while waiting to 2 receptionists being patient and courteous to each caller. The dentist I saw was efficient and helpful. I am happy to have 2 further appointments to see her. I am entirely happy with Genesis Dental Service, who have looked after my teeth well for a number of years now

   Friendly and helpful staff on reception, the appointment was on time so I wasn't kept waiting. The staff in the treatment room were friendly and very helpful. I was given a thorough check up of my teeth, gums and mouth without time constraints and was given a detailed verbal report on the state of my teeth and advice where necessary. I was given chance to ask any questions I may have had. I came away thinking I should have been with this Dentist long before now

   I've just registered as a Private patient and I was absolutely petrified of dentists...until my 5* treatment I recieved this morning by a dental nurse and her assistant. I was in absolute agony with an infection, not registered anywhere and was seen to within the same day as a matter of an emergency. All the staff were friendly, polite and well presented. The surgery itself looks professional, clean, it's small and homely. I was provided with a brilliant level of service and in depth knowledge by my dental nurse. This is the first time I've trusted and been impressed by a dental practice. Truly looks after its patients.

   As always, I was received by friendly and efficient reception staff, and given excellent treatment by Dr Prinsloo and his dental nurse. This time only a check up, but have received excellent, more involved and complicated treatment on other occasions. He really is the finest dentist I have ever known. And a thoroughly nice, humorous man!

I rang up with yet another emergency they got me there within the hour they are so helpful From the receptionist to the dentist. Friendly all the way through all happy and never refuse an emergency appointment they are a 50 star practice And I would recommend them as an NHS patient or a private patient.

   Visited here today after managing to get an emergency appointment for my cracked tooth which was causing a lot of pain. The receptionists were really friendly and the lady dentist was so friendly and welcoming which immediately put me at ease as I’m terrified of dentists. She removed my tooth and kept asking if I was ok and not in pain which meant a lot to me as I was so nervous! I’ve now registered here as a private client and I’m looking forward to sorting my teeth out as I haven’t been to a dentist for 15 years so they’re well in need of some TLC. Thank you for helping me feel more comfortable and happy to finally sort my teeth out, will recommend you to everyone I know!
