Emergency appointment over Xmas period. Saw me same day, gave me treatment options and dealt with it all same day. Felt totally reassured & put at ease despite the discomfort I was in. Brilliant practice. Charlotte is an amazing dentist.

Dentist Jess is always friendly and really helpful. She tells you what she's doing throughout the appointment and is always happy to answer any questions. Myself and my husband never dread going to the dentist because she's so lovely.

Having been coming here for 5 years now I can happily say this is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Dentists can often be scary places but the team here put you at complete ease and always a happy friendly face to see. I used to hate going to the dentist until I came here.

As always this dentist is professional, competent and offers a fantastic service, I'm always made to feel safe and welcome. Charlotte is by far the best dentist I've ever encountered, and I've seen a few in 50+years. I can't praise and recommend them all enough.

Really friendly and efficient service that included a minor alteration to an existing problem. Also included advise on future toothcare. All in all, a satisfying appointment, but I wish I could earn £85 for 15 mins when I worked as a certifying aircraft engineer. All in all a pleasant experience.

Unable to book an appointment either over the phone or in person. Receptionists not at all helpful, “register with another dentist” was their response…so I did!

I was referred to unity mill for a wisdom tooth extraction after a traumatic experience at my dentist. Hannah (who extracted not only one but two of my wisdom teeth) Was absolutely brilliant! Really understanding and patient towards my previous experience and spoke to me all throughout the extraction. Would highly recommend her and the two young nurses! Amazing experience from start to finish!

During these difficult times the dentist and the nurses were so calm they put me at ease for my wisdom teeth extraction. As well as the receptionist being helpful :)

Unpleasant hygienist experience - do not use hygienist. I arrived 5 minutes late due to an accident on the road, and i could not get in to their car park as someone was struggling to get out.of the car park. The receptionist was then busy with a call so i couldnt speak to her, after 10 mins she managed to get me in to the hygienist. Who was instantly said 'You were lucky, i had my car keys in my hand' she said abruptly. She then asked me questions about when i last had a hygienist appointment, had she have taken the time, care and attention she would have seen it was herself, 3 months before. (On that occasion I paid for 30 minutes and was in the room for about 20 - so avoid paying extra for long appointments). She then took a tool and starting poking around my mouth, catching my lip with the sharp instrument. After this she took the electric scaler to my mouth, she was very rough, to the extent i asked her to stop and be less rough. She glared and barked 'its under your gum line'. Now I have had plaque build issues for many years, so much so i have 3 monthly visits to the hygienist for at least the laat 12 years (in various dental surgeries), but i had never expeienced such rough treatment like this. She continued, i felt very apprehensive, she continued to be rough, in fact more so. I signalled to stop, and terminated the treatment. I spoke to the manager who I notice went to speak to the hygienist first, which i felt to be incorrect approach. We then talked and manager apologised, I asked for a part refund of half, which i got. But as i sit here, at home 2.5 hours later, still tasting quite a bit of blood in my mouth i feel upset that they did not honour a full refund for such unprofessional treatment. Its a real shame as the dentist is superb. But i will not pay privately to be treated by a hygienist in such an unprofessional manner. I would appreciate a call to discuss this further, before any reply is posted here.
