The receptionist rimsha (if that’s how I spell her name) has always been super helpful to myself and my family. Whatever query or problem I have, she’s quick to resolve it and never fails to exceed my expectations. She genuinely cares about our health and deserves more recognition for her service. Over the past 2 years I have seen several dentists and not until I went to Normaton family and Jamal took me as a patient have I been happy. He explains everything very clearly, consults you as to your preferences and takes the time to make you comfortable. Sent here over Christmas via 111. The dentist and her nurse were amazing! They were on time, they explained everything to me, they were reassuring and so kind. I was very nervous but they made me feel so comfortable. I had a back tooth taken out and was in and out within 20 minutes. I don't usually leave reviews but I felt I really wanted to this time as the service was just perfect! Thank you so much!
Couldn't recommend higher! After an agonising 2 days I relented and rang 111 who referred me to this wonderful place. I was given directions as its not local to me, the receptionist was friendly and helpful and the actual Dentist was excellent. To say I was nervous was an understatement but he was calm, reassuring and patient with me during the whole procedure. 40 minutes later I have no tooth pain and a small gap where it used to be, and I couldn't have shaken his hand more vigorously. Absolute pleasure to go and would highly recommend to anyone.
My dentist is Anisa Ali at this practice and she is the best dentist I've ever had! She is very kind, helpful and gentle as a dentist can possibly be. She has looked after me ,my son and partner for several years now and we are all very happy with the service that she gives us. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
I had a 111 referral. The lady who did my extraction of my wisdom tooth was amazing. She explained everything in detail. It was very very painful has the numbing injections didn’t work due to the infection. But she couldn’t have done it any better. Pain free from the minute it came out . Even though it was painful I would highly recommend. . I found all staff very polite . Thank you so much
