I am not a patient at this practice but my wife is. Why are the customer toilets out of order. It is a requirement of CQC regulation 15 for a toilet to be available.
Been going here since I was a kid. There has always been hit and miss people that work here. My most recent visit i had Amruta Dilp Kumar who checked my daughter and my teeth. She was very thorough, very gentle and very informative. Hoping she stays at this practise for years to come and I will always request her for my checkup and dental work.
Arrived as a very nervous patient, I had three visits and found my confidence with dentists again. All the staff throughout the whole system had time and patience, I will be going back and this time it won't be so long.
This is quite literally the worst dentist to exist! They give school kids an appointment during school hours and then ‘de-register’ them when they have to cancel or reschedule. The people working in reception are not helpful at all. Actually spiteful and not empathetic. Upon registering, you should tell people the terms and conditions so they know what to expect. Frustrated and annoyed at the lack of information from this practice. Do better.
really patient and experienced dentist plus friendly staff, seen on time and efficiently - would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a practise
The worst dentist ever I cancelled once I missed one appointment but I rang the second time and they said I will get kicked out so we did a test and my partner missed 2 appointments and cancelled 3 times and they rearranged again didnt cancel him of the register sexism that is the receptionist ither fancies my fella or hates woman just because u had a bad day at home doesn't mean you can bring it into the workplace what a joke
After a long time trying to find a dentist, I found this one. The staff were very caring and helpful during my five visits. The dentist was also very caring and concerned for my welfare, stopping every few minutes to ensure that I was comfortable and happy with the procedure. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A very professional practice thank you to all concerned.
Haven’t been to a dentist in years out of fear and anxiety - I’m a very nervous patient! Registered with these guys and was very pleasantly surprised with the experience and the treatment I received. The nurses and receptionist are exceptionally friendly and welcoming - they did their best to reassure me and help me relax a bit. The dentist, Dr.Chenna, was spectacular. It was best care I have ever received, I could hardly feel the needle going on and he was very gentle and patient throughout. Could not reccomend this surgery more!
I chipped my front tooth and called this practice and got an appointment for the same day. The dentist and staff were really professional and welcoming. They did a really good job at fitting me in so last minute and repairing my tooth. Will definitely be coming here again and recommend to everyone looking for high quality care.
