I came in wanting my roots matching my blonde hair before I went away on holiday it came to the day and had the complete opposite done.. my roots where dyed a brown/ginger, I said it was not what I asked for and I was unhappy with it so came back a second time for a correction to then go home and find my top had bleach all around the collar ruining the top and had also run down which has caused patches.. I called up and got told to talk and send a picture of the damage and receipt of purchase as I had to go replace it, on Facebook. Sent the picture etc and they said they where happy to give me the money. After sending a number on messages even while on holiday no money has been received and my latest message has been red and ignored. I am really disappointed for such a “professional” salon.
I have been having my hair done for the last 10 years with Ruth! I can honestly say my hair is always on point! Her hair colourist at her salon called Lia is Amazing! And omg the wash and blow dry is something I have regularly! Her staff are soo good and professional! 5 star all the way!
I love love love this salon. I’ve been going to Glamour works for 6 years now for my colour and extensions and every single time I’ve had new extensions I’ve left feeling so happy and confident. I’ve gone from brown to ash blonde to various shades of balayage, I started on wefts and a few years ago went to 3/4 head I tips, no matter what I’ve had the results have been exactly how I’ve wanted. The quality of glamour works hair is unreal, Ruth and Lia always give the best and realistic advice regarding the colour, you can always trust what they recommend and always have a good laugh during the appointment! Very very reasonably priced as well. Would highly recommend, I’ll never go anywhere else and I’m so glad the salon is open again Thank you ☺️
I have been coming to Glamour works for two years now and they provide the best hair extensions. I have tried many other well known brands but Glamour works hair is by far the best! The salon is warm and friendly and the girls always take great care of you!
