I’ve been a regular customer since I started getting my nails done, but unfortunately, I’ve consistently been met with blunt and unfriendly service from the staff. During my most recent visit, I paid £37 for a plain BIAB treatment, expecting a professional result—something I could do at home myself, but chose to pay for the expertise. However, the application was messy, with product left on my cuticles and the sides of my skin. I called and went back to have it corrected, but again, the staff were very dismissive. Instead of properly fixing the issue, they simply filed the product off my cuticles, leaving my the product reach to my cuticles uneven and shorter in length —without asking or informing me first. They also didn’t even bother to reapply a baby pink neutral base colour. Even when I asked it seemed to be an issue Overall, I’m very disappointed with both the quality of the work and the attitude of the staff. I expected better, especially as a loyal customer.
Best nails in Southampton trust me. Lee and jade are lovely and so welcoming. I bring my baby girl who is 1 and sometimes my 3 year old little boy to their salon too whilst I have my nails done always happy to stop if I need to tend to them. Never had a bad set will always continue to go to these guys. Thank you so much xxxx
I have been coming to Venus Nails for 7 years or so now and although I don't get my nails done regularly I absolutely love their pedicures and manicures. I turned up at 9:30 this morning and they squeezed me in for both and it didn't feel rushed at all! Jade and Lee are such friendly owners and I love the fact that this is a family run business. They have a fantastic range of colours too. I would recommend it to anyone.
again was amazed at the service, atmosphere and cleanliness of their salon! Not only are my nails and toes beautifully done but the ladies are all so sweet there. I love how they even help each other out when they're busy. They are a team and it shows in their business.
As always, the gel nails are beautiful and one of the best manicures I have had in a long time. The staff is all so welcoming since the second you walk in. Well designed and has a dedicated receptionist that greets you and gets you signed in for the services needed. I just started coming here and Im very impressed.
This nail salon is a real hidden gem. The prices are reasonable and the quality of service is truly exceptional. I was impressed by the level of attention and care that the technician gave me during my treatment.
I absolutely loved this place. The man who did my acrylics was amazing! He took his time and was very precise with each nail. He was also quick but it didn’t feel rushed at all and I really appreciated that. Will be coming back again!
Amazing as always have been coming here for a very long time always enjoy our day with a stop here. Every time I come in they do an excellent job! And might I add…the massage chair feels amazing!!! really relaxing!!!! I recommend calling before hand and setting an appointment
