   The actual experience of selling my car was easy, fast and efficient. The person dealing with the transaction was extremely pleasant, chatty and friendly. He deserves a five star review. However, I was not happy with the evaluation and the money I received. It was considerably less than what they quoted. I think I should have sold it for parts instead. The sad thing is the car was in perfect working order and had a full service history with 6 months MOT.

   Just used we buy any car for the first time. Can't fault it. If you're happy enough with the valuation then don't hesitate to proceed. Just be aware that when the vehicle is appraised the value may drop to take account of any damage. I turned up and the we buy any car rep was very pleasant. He appraised my car and confirmed the valuation and asked if I wanted to proceed, no pressure at all. I agreed to go ahead. Identification docs and proof of address docs verified. Bank details confirmed, service history checked, and then keys and V5 handed over. Sorted, no bother at all. I went for the standard 4 working day payment schedule and on the morning of day 4 the money dropped into my account. All very slick and painless. Just a bit of advice. You will get an e mail which contains a link to the payment schedule app. Make sure you check this regularly. I did and found a message on there which was asking for a piece of additional info. Not providing this may have delayed payment. I sent the info and all was well. I didn't receive an e mail or phone call asking for this info it was just a message in the payment schedule app. Keep your eye on this to avoid potential delays. All in all though I am very happy with the way it all went. Wouldn't hesitate to use we buy any car again.

   We were seen by Craig at the King street branch in Aberdeen today. Quick, convenient service and Craig was fab - honest, friendly and helpful. Even helped us to remove our baby's car seat in the torrential rain as we could not get it out! Great service all round, thank you :o)
