   Decking boards warped and knotty. Website said 31 items in stock, and I ordered and paid for 9. When I showed up I was told there were only 7 left, so I had to go to B&Q instead. B&Q had a better price anyway, but I was trying to save time by getting everything in one place. Using Travis less and less these days, it's mostly a waste of time...

   Incredibly ignorant staff.... just looking for 1 thing and they tell us where something else is that we did not ask for, clearly not listening and way more interested in their phones. Saw 2 of them operating forklifts... just sat on their phones. Truly disappointing.

   My colleague wrote the review below about a delivery driver and how helpful he was , I went into the shop on Friday taking some tools back to the hire desk , chap couldn’t be more helpful and was great to chat about the army and his son , then I was served by the most polite lady such a pleasure coming into a builders merchants with perfect staff

   One of the TP staff scratched my car while loading it with bricks. After filling out the insurance documents in the branch I was told I would be contacted with regards to the damage. This never happened and when I called much later a member of staff told me there was no proof - a decision was made not to follow up on the matter and the decision was simply made without informing me. I've called the branch numerous times afterwards to talk to the manager but he is never present. Each time I've asked him to call me back but he has never done so.  I have truly never experienced such dishonesty and unprofessionalism in my entire life.

   Supremely can't do attitude and so very disappointing that it comes from the branch manager named Gary, waited 3 days from this guy to come back with the urgent information which i needed like yesterday due to their poor quality product, but he could not be bothered to suggest anything or offer any help. Different supplier sorted it out with in few hours. Extremely disappointing and irresponsible behaviour from a branch manager, anyway, cancelled all future orders and changed supplier now.

   Excellent service at Newbury, we were looking for a window bracket for a very old window and could not find it anywhere, but thanks to Andy at the branch he understood what we required and spoke to his colleagues and made the effort to call the head office and get it made for us. Thankyou.
