Relaxing and efficient service. I'm an NHS patient, it was a great service personally. My dentist was very calm and explained my treatment plan in good detail and ensured I understood everything. He was very relaxed with his approach which put me at ease as I was anxious about my visit before I even got to the practice. We had a great discussion and he was open to my questions and opinions which seemed very considerate. We agreed on a great dental plan going forward, in which I look forward to my next appointment! General talk was great with some good humour at times, all the staff were very helpful and all part of the good service.

ABSOLUTELY horrible experience. Rang for appointment. Get told I'm no longer a patient!!!!!!!! Told I'd not turned up for 4 appointments! This is lies. Then I explained I'd last had appointment 13 months ago. The last appointment I cancelled whilst very unwell. They said I didn't, but I 100% did! Now I'm left without a dentist. THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER REPLYING TO MESSAGES FROM THEIR WEBSITE. This is dishonest and unfair and will affect my ongoing health.

Re-registered myself, hubby and daughter after covid and being removed as patients because of this. This was over 2 years ago, my hubby has been seen several times, my daughter and I apparently are STILL on some sort of waiting list. Due to this lack of dental care, I have developed an abscess which after being in excruciating pain for 24 hours ruptured. According to 111 I now need URGENT dental assistance. 16A WON'T see me due to the NHS waiting list according to Robyn the receptionist BUT they will see me today of i pay for a private appointment and treatment.... Will see if i can at least get some abx from my GP in the mean time. Can't believe the LACK of care offered, if we had been offered checkups during the past 2 and a half years then maybe it wouldn't have developed onto an abscess. Hopefully I won't develop sepsis.......

I had problems with my teeth for a few years and had gum disease. I decided to remove all my teeth and have dentures before having implants later. Will Miller was recommended and he removed all my teeth in 3 visits. Will is kind and made me feel comfortable all the way through. He removed all my teeth very carefully with no discomfort and only 3 days later my mouth is recovering with no pain. Will is an expert dentist and I thank him for doing a brilliant job. The reception staff and assistants are all very nice as well. Thank you.

I rate sixteen A Dentist 5* Plus Absolutely amazing . my girl 10 year old was seen by not one but two dentist's. They were very good with my daughter and eased her fears(and mine). My daughter had to have 3 teeth’s removed but they just removed one tooth to make her comfortable For next time One tooth was removed, I don't think she even knew. Very gentle dentist.! The ladies on reception were fabulous Dental assistant was truly great. Thank you all so much

Having not seen a dentist in eight years due to a very bad experience I had to register with a new dentist. Having sensitive teeth causing me great pain Tim my allocated Dentist put me at my ease and performed 2 fillings and a root removal. Can’t recommend enough.

Had an emergency extraction today! As they know I’m petrified of dentists they were amazing! Reassured me the whole way even though my tooth was a hard one! Thank you so much to the staff!

I tried to register with this surgery. It only took 4 months for the manager to ring me back. After I finally registered, few weeks later I needed an emergency appointment as my tooth cracked and I was in a lot of pain. When I rang the surgery, I was told by very unsympathetic receptionist that I have to wait for 6 weeks until after my first appointment to have the emergency appointment. I was left in pain. I sent a message to the surgery to complain but no one bothered to get back to me. This surgery is not interested in helping their patients. Even if you do eventually get through to them or they get back to you after 4 months, they are not willing to help people or treat patients. I am very disappointed with the whole experience. I definitely would not recommend Sixteen A Dental Care in Swadlincote to anyone looking for dental care as they simply don't care!

Really impressed with this practice. After being told our previous dentist were cancelling NHS memberships I called many practices, 16A being the only one which had spaces. 2 weeks after filling in the online form I was contacted and had an appointment within the week. Having had painful experiences in the past I am quite nervous of dental treatment, however the dentist was great at putting me at ease, and what had been a painful failed procedure at my previous practice was carried out easily here with little discomfort. Would definitely recommend.

Used this practice for the first time yesterday. To say I was nervous was an understatement, due to bad experience elsewhere, so haven’t been to a dentist for a long time. Went in straight away no long wait and was put at ease straight away by the dentist Tim and the nurse. Have booked in for my next check up. Thank you
