   I went in for a cut and blow dry, started off good and was offered a complimentary drink. The hair wash was fine, the cut seemed fine while being done but when i went home me and my mum both realised it was uneven (clearly uneven). I have always had my hair blow dried after getting cut and every time it has been brushed out and a round brush was used, this time my hair was blow dried with the hairdresser just using her fingers - not using any type of brush or comb until the end, as a result my hair could not be straightened to its full potential. the whole experience took 40 mins, i have curly hair and even at this salon i have been in the chair for about 1-2 hours, at other hair salons i have been in the chair for about 1-2 hours. after i went home me and my mum straightened my hair again to find that it has been straightened very poorly and there were some pieces that had barely been straightened, considering how much was paid - just under £60, this was not worth it at all

   I love my appointments at the salon, and always leave feeling fabulous. Leon is a true professional, and over the years has done everything from balayage to whole colour change, all the while keeping my hair in great condition, and giving me great advice. He is also a wizard with the curling tong, and I always feel a million dollars when I leave. Chloe is also amazing and has great passion for her job which is lovely to see. And not forgetting Katie, who is wonderful, and who dyed my roots for ages and always went above and beyond to make sure I left the salon feeling great, she is such a superstar. Everyone at this salon is really friendly, and they create a lovely atmosphere. I couldn’t recommended more highly.
