   Women chased me 1 week ago took photos of me and nails are awful I ripped them off she charged me 60 because apparently I was being to picky (I asked for french tips ) I said no I’ll pay 30-40 pounds and I left 40 pounds on the side and she chased me all the way down to lidi and saying that she will put me on social media and tried to fight me would not recommend as she is spiteful and rude to her customers because they asked how long

   DONT LET THEM DO ACRYLIC REMOVAL!! THEY USED A FALSE NAIL AND SLID IT UNDER THE ACRYLIC AND RIPPED IT OFF!! When I shouted and asked what she was doing she said she was just doing what you are suppose to do when removing them. then went on to say I didn't need them removed and to just get infill next time after she had taken them off. Then charged me £10 for ripping them off. will not be going back.

   I've been going to focus for years, never been a problem, however for the last couple of months I've noticed the quality is getting very poor... acrylic not applied to edges to which within a week chips off and nail varnish (shellac) peels off within days. The lady owner very rude to customers in front of others and passes blame to customer for poor quality work. If you have s question dont bother asking as she won't allow you to speak without hearing you out and jumps down yr throat. Very rude and disrespectful and I for 1 won't waste my time or money there any more. At least if your paying customers aren't happy, listen to them...

   Visited with a quick appointment time, same day availability. Got gel extensions, nothing too fancy, although the younger girls were asking for longer & more decorated nails. Bring a picture of what you want, & they'll do it for you. This place is CASH ONLY

   Daughter spent 90 minutes plus with plastic nails on her fingers waiting to be done because the girl kept pushing her behind other customers that were allegedly booked. When I phone to see what was going on she screamed and hollered down the phone saying my daughter had been happy to wait, when i asked her if she had been told it was going to be 2 hours plus wait and she refused to answer me and put the phone down on me . My daughter picked off the plastic nails and left after she took a fifth customer that had walked in after her. If you have bookings and no space for walk ins you should make that very clear! My daughter will not be back after what she's just been through.

   Visited for the first time today upon a recommendation after a bad experience at another nail place. Husband, wife and son team are excellent, super friendly and really talented. The wait was a little long, took about 2 1/2 hours to get my nails done in phases, but the fact they were so busy is a good sign. Amazed at how accurate they copied the nail design I showed to absolute perfection, even the colours were spot on! They’ve gained a new regular customer

   Got my nails done on Friday 4 nails have pinged of the lady is very rude didn’t ask me and long or short I wanted them she just cut them they are very short wasn’t the right colour. But infact the man is a very pleasant chap he is very lovely

   Brilliant wife and husband team. Clean friendly setting with perfectly finished nails everytime. Love the fact it's more personal, Mary is amazingly fast, she's also a perfectionist. And her husband has a great eye for colour and design. Perfect team perfect results
