Excellent customer service, the guys in reception and the mechanics brilliant very helpful. Very busy but took the time to explain the issue.
I booked in for an MOT, which was very last minute. Colin's managed to fit me in and get me back on the road in less than a day! Service was quick and the staff were really friendly and professional.

Went to get 2 new tyres fitted and two parts worn tyres fitted. Valves on two wheels are excessively long (3.5") instead of short stubby type for low profile tyres / rims. The main gripe is that I didn't check properly until I got home (normally I do) and found the rim damaged one one wheel, powder coating scraped off and also a big dent in the rim. Obviously dropped the rim or something to that effect, either way it's a repair job costing nearly as much as the tyres! They should have been honest and told me. Strongly advise you stay away. If you do go photograph everything before and after fitting and let them see you doing it. ** STAY AWAY **
Do not use the Groupon Service - Oil Change & Air Filter replacement offer. Quoted over £300 to have a rear caliper replaced when another mechanic fixed the problem for £50. The mechanic who completed the work then checked my air filter as he had a suspicion nothing had been done at all. Lo and behold, the air filter was filthy. Not a chance this had been replaced. Very disappointing as o now have doubts over whether anything has been done. Has oil even been changed. Given the fact I had to pay the surplus costs for the oil I would certainly hope so. Mistakes happen so I have given them a chance to respond via email but not heard anything back. Totally disgusted. Can you give 0 stars.
Excellent service. My daughters vehicle broke down with a clutch fault in Aberdeen and Colin's Tyres had parts ordered and the job completed within 3 days. Thank you for the efficient and friendly service.
Rear bike tyre needed balancing, went in at lunch and they had me sorted in 10min
Shocking company, booked in at 9am for tyres then turned away as they couldn't fit me in. Told to come back at 3 and still had to wait over a hour. Booked in for MOT was told be there for just after 8.30am and will be taken in. When I arrived was told I am lying and wouldn't even give me a time. The man working at reception clearly has no idea what he is doing as tried to say it wasn't him I was dealing with then changed and said it was him. When I spoke to the manager he tried denying that the receptionist was rude and was very disrespectful just because they supposedly never had a complaint about him before. Terrible customer service.
Got my MOT and service done at Colin's, excellent and fast service, would highly recommend, will use again in the future. 10/10
No idea about their service as I never took my car to them. But their contact number is curiously premium rate number. I called them twice to enquire about a service and only realised about this after my phone bill was unusual. Why exactly is it a premium rate number??
