I’m writing to share my frustration with an experience I had at your business on Christmas Eve. While heavily pregnant, I drove past your shop and thought it looked like a friendly place. However, when I asked to use your restroom, I was rudely turned away. I understand there may be rules about restroom access, but the way I was treated was surprising and unkind, especially given the circumstances and time of year. This experience has left me with a negative impression of your business, and I hope you will consider a more compassionate approach in similar situations in the future. After having a consultation, regarding my hair colour and damage the bleach was doing to my hair, I decided to go for something different. I am loving the purple and can not wait to show it to my family and friends. The cut looks fabulous and when I paid my bill, I was very pleasantly surprised to see the £10 consultation fee was refunded. Absolutely fantastic service by a team who really make you feel welcome and leave feeling amazing. Thank you.

The staff was nice yes but they ruined my hair. The person who washed my hair did an amazing job washing my hair but the person who cut it, well lets just say they need to learn that curly hair shortens three times straight hair does. I wanted to have a small fluffy wolf cut which seemed easy to do but she cut it to the point I can't even tie it up normally. The funny thing is, She had a reference photo in front of her, My now shoulder length hair is just above my ears. I had to spend more money in another hair dressers to try and get this all fixed. I honestly think I deserve a refund.
I love Hair bare❤️. All the ladies are lovely, great at their jobs. I have been going for years & have seen all of the hairdressers. The receptionists/shampoo ladies are great too. My current hairdresser is Leeanne, I have also been having my eyebrows done recently by Jo & if not Jo, Hannah. I am always mentioning them, to anyone who admires both my hair or eyebrows, @ my work, just down the road. They all definitely deserve an award.
