   Lovely salon and have always been really pleased with the results. After many bad haircuts and awful fringes this is the only salon where I have always been pleased with the style The staff are lovely and they are great with kids too. Very reasonably priced as well.

   I don’t have a regular salon that I go to and desperately needed a trim so I called Riva and they were able to see me right way. It wasn’t very busy when I entered the store but no staff were at reception so had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come out. I had a senior stylist called Debbie, she asked me what I wanted done, she told me that my hair was really damaged because of bleach and colour (the reason I wanted a hair cut) and told me my hair was nasty whilst looking disgusted. It really angered me as I was paying £16 for someone to say my hair was nasty. My hair is well managed although I don’t like having my hair cut since my last hairdresser moved and the distance is too far for me. Debbie made me feel like I and my hair was dirty. The end result I was happy as most dead ends were cut off but I didn’t want it too short so I am going to have my hair cut in stages, but not by this salon!!! Attitude was appalling, no effort to make conversation and went straight to the till to take payment, no interest for clientele at all! Won’t be going again!
