   I just had an excellent customer experience with Newbury Tools, Ben Neal in particular went above and beyond to help me complete a project using hired machinery. It was the sort of personal, neighbourly service that is so rare to find these days. The pricing was very competitive - beware the National Hire Companies may give a headline low price but there are so many additional costs at checkout that make Newbury Tools much better value. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will be using them again and again.

   Newbury Tools kindly remained opened for an extra few minutes to allow me to drop off the tool that I hired that day. This was very much appreciated as otherwise it would have meant a round trip of 50 miles the following morning. I must also add that the cost of hiring tools is very reasonable. Thank you!

   Good value hire, easy to do and delivery for a cost is a bonus. We had to store the machine for a couple of extra days as pick up wasn't completed when advised, which would have been an issue if we were waiting in for it to be collected (thankfully we didn't!) delivery driver and staff on the phone were all friendly and would hire from here again
