   I recently went to this salon , and it was absolutely appalling. As someone who doesn’t smoke, I was horrified by the overwhelming stench of cigarettes and body odor from the stylist. After being left alone at the hair washing station for what felt like an eternity, she returned straight from her smoke break, didn’t wash her hands, and proceeded to wash my hair!With every move she made, I struggled to breathe due to the foul smell. It honestly felt like she was washing her hands on my hair, and that disgusting odor transferred directly to me. A salon visit should leave you feeling beautiful, not smelling like a cigarette! I had to wash my hair again at home just to get rid of the stench. The salon was dirty, and I noticed no sanitization practices for the brushes. This was completely unacceptable, and I will never return to there again!

   I had my very first dermaplane facial experience. It was delivered by Lauren in her 'Rose Salon', which is inside Bellisima. Lauren is a very friendly, warm and welcoming beautician. The dermaplane facial was an absolutely lovely, relaxing experience. It lasts an hour, which is pure bliss. The products used are first class. Lauren's expertise in delivering the experience was fantastic. She makes you feel and look amazing. My skin was left looking very plumped up ,hydrated it and feels soft and youthful. No irritation at all. I'd thoroughly recommend anyone to try one.

   I had the lovely Emily who is one of the salons junior stylists. She was professional and chatty throughout. It was my first visit to the salon and I will be returning. Emily made me feel c9mfortable and confident in her knowledge. She gave me good advice on my hair color and the end result was perfect. I would highly recommend.

   It's a shame I didn't get to try the actual salon, as my appointment was cancelled the day before. They don't tell you at the time, but if you do book, book a skin test, otherwise you'll get a disappointing call the day before to cancel - it's a real shame no one called me in the week to advise this as it's required 48 hours prior. Jane was nice enough to explain, but unfortunately I had to book elsewhere.
