Have used Lucias on and off fir a number of years. Recently though the service has been poor. I understand that people are poorly etc but to be promised a call by the person themselves as well as by a colleague abd then not keep that promise is extremly poor service. Unable to get through on the phone. No one picking up and when you do no appointment for 3 weeks. I completely understand there is a lot of catching up but no call to cancel original appointment no call to cancel second appointment then this. Sorry!
I visited the salon for the first time. Colleen was my stylist. The salon atmosphere is lovely and friendly. Colleen took time to listen to me and offered some great advice. The most meticulous haircut, loved it will definitely return and recommend. The best hair experience I’ve ever had. Thankyou
I have had my hair done by many hairdressers but none compare to Second To None mainly due to Adam who coloured and cut my hair to perfection. He is personable and made me feel so at ease. I won't be going anywhere else. I love my hair. Thank you Adam
Had my hair done by the junior stylist Colleen. She was so professional, super caring and really detailed with her work. I felt so comfortable the whole time. I would highly recommend her as a stylist and will be returning!
This hairdressing salon has an amazing manager, called Adam. He is a highly competent hairdresser, with wonderful interpersonal skills : he engages with you, is a great listener, empathic, and so kind and considerate. For example, I am covid fearful, and wear a mask, and Adam is happy to wear a mask for me. I speak from almost 20 years of going to this salon. He engages with you, and makes you smile and laugh. When you're struggling, he listens and empathises. I also know from other customers, that they feel the same way about him. Adam.... please don't ever leave. You are wonderful!! Thank you. I travel up from Poole specifically to go to this Hairdressers, I get Lucy to silver my hair. My hair is LONG & takes time to do but Lucy is always patient & does the best colouring I've seen around, even after a long day she's always happy & lovely lady. I have been through many different hair salons as I have trust issues when it comes to my hair but will now only go here! Been going here for 4-5 years now! She's the best! I really enjoy our appointments. I really recommend this Salon!
Had a perm done by Trisha. 3 weeks on and still thrilled to bits with it. First time there. Nervous but Trisha put me at ease and gave me great advise. Haven't been so pleased with a perm for years. Love the cut and family actually noticed I'd had something done to my hair! Thank you Trisha so much. See you in the new year.
