Often not open during advertised hours. Today, Wednesday, they are closed at 9.50am although 'open' on Google . Not brilliant for a parcel collection service.
DO NOT USE THIS SHOP FOR COLLECTING PARCELS. I received an email saying my parcel had been collected before I had a chance to go there, so I went to see what had happened. The woman said she gave it to some guy because he said my house number (it's a low number so that doesn't exactly narrow it down). When I asked if she checked his ID or the tracking number she shrugged and said he was there all the time, so apparently he does this a lot?? I couldn't believe how nonplussed she was that someone had stolen my parcel, and she kept saying how he was a nice guy!!! She finally got me to write down my details but I have zero faith she'll do anything about it. Avoid.
Very useful and very kind workers there. Assisted with everything and had everything on stock, with quality items and an assortment of things. Many people complain about the shop opening late but I have heard from locals they live quite far away so I don't think its a reason to blame them but I understand frustration for parcels. 5 stars (personally).
Went in yesterday, 11th Dec to drop off a evri parcel. The guy was so rude and just glared at me. After I scanned my parcel in he very rudely told me to put it in the box, I told him he hadn't scanned it and I would need a receipt. He raised his voice and said he don't have to scan it and just put it in the box. I told him I wouldn't leave it and he just shrugged his shoulders. Without scanning the parcel and getting a receipt you have no proof so please avoid this shop. Very dodgy if you ask me.
Shop always closed and also they lost a parcel of mine worth 300£ this shop is a nightmare
Just went to send some parcels, its 10:30, they were meant to open at 8 but were still shut. Dont bother
Incredibly lazy, incredibly rude, INCREDIBLE he’s still in business! He looks at you with such alarm and anger when you dare to enter his shop, probably doesn’t get many customers with this level of ‘service’. Yesterday he plumbed new depths, I won’t ever return.
Waiting for shop to open at 10:00am on a Saturday to pick up Wish order. People who live in flat above said I may be waiting a while, won't open til 11ish, maybe even 12!
Went to the shop on 2nd Nov to collect my Wish order. The shop was closed. I returned to the shop on 3rd Nov. The Woman hardly spoke English (if any at all). She had to call someone to help her out. This did not work. She asked me to call back at 2pm same day. Very bad customer service. I will never use them again. I ask all to stay away from this shoddy outfit
