Girl serving was so rude! No please, thank you, hello, goodbye! I'm not usually a Karen but really felt the need to express how poor her customer service skills are.
Just be vigilant if shopping here! I was quite preoccupied however picked up items which should have been to the value of £8, however I was charged £15. Stupidly I didn’t take a receipt with me and when I realised and tried their telephone number, of course it doesn’t work! Seems like this has happened to others too - just be extra careful if you have to shop here!

Mrs mayor is probably one of the rudest shop owners I have ever come accross! I actually dread and refuse to go in this shop while she is there! No community spirit and generally makes you not want to spend money in her shop. Mr mayor on the other hand, is a great person, really gets involved with the community, helps wherever he can. Nothing is ever too much for that great man. He's very polite! Think she needs customer service training. Absolutely aweful the way she speaks to her Locals. I will say though the rest of the staff can't be faulted

A little bit overpriced. Sometimes cashiers are not counting discounts, and you are paying full price - a big minus. The price tags don't fit with the accurate price.
The area looks a big shabby. Borderline destitute but this store is well stocked and the ladies there provide top notch customer service. Excellent experience.
