Good location, great prices, a large carpark, they have a customer toilet too. It serves the area very well and does get busy especially Sunday morning

Visited to my local store and lady on self service at 12.38 identified my child was sitting on a 39p porridge pot (of a £125 shop) however, instead of reminding me in a kind manner she proceeded to tell me to scan it immediately in a condescending tone. Then she hovered over me whilst I organised the shopping on the loading bay and ordering me to ‘pay now sir’ This lady meant to embarrass me insinuating I was trying to leave without paying I therefore paid for the shopping (the lady still hovering) and then I asked if she could leave me to pack the shopping to which she aggressively confronted me in my face stating it’s my job to respond to red lights.’ I responded in a calm manner that she could be kinder and her job was to help customers have a positive buying experience She then proceeded to complain about me to another customer within earshot which made me feel very upset This woman had no name badge however she was mean, condescending and rude and showed no compassion or empathy whilst trying to embarrass me in front of my 3 year old child She needs retraining or letting go and has no place interacting with customers. I hope you take this complaint seriously as I’ve previously stated I have done my weekly shop here every week with no issues and normally friendly staff

Very clean store, toilets available, good choice of fresh veg and fruit. Didn't take long to get through check out. Found most things I wanted easily only thing I didn't spot was gluten free bread etc.
I'm always impressed with the friendliness of the staff on the checkouts. It can be disappointing when the shop does not have in stock items on the shopping list, as happened today with 3 items.
Don’t go here if your looking for good customer service. Every time I have been here there has always been that one checkout person, who hasn’t said hello or greeted me and instead frowned at me. As a young mum this is extremely daunting, and makes me feel very uncomfortable. It’s especially worse when the checkout lady proceeds to speak to the customer behind me as I’m leaving.
A convenient store for me as it is close to my house (not always a good thing when the supply lorries come thundering past!) It has a good range of products. Just a shame it is invariably busy with customers with over-full trollies. And many of them refuse to use the packing area to pack their shopping into their bags, thus making the wait at the tills longer than necessary. The silly sausages.
