   When trying to do the stressful Christmas food shop, I was really impressed with the staff, really helpful and friendly. I visit this store regularly and the staff are alway really good.

   Great selection of food but I was told by a member of staff by the self service if I'm going to take something off whilst paying to replace it with another item "I should at least take it back myself" this is unprofessional and unneeded, we are regulars and do not expect to be spoken to like this as a paying customer, especially a regular (at least 4-5 times a week). Whilst I understand the frustration, I do not expect to be spoken to like this by an assistant, who's job it is to help us with our transactions. Wouldn't help to crack a smile at some points either, we're nothing but friendly and the looks and support we receive seem to be nothing but negativity from this particular individual. We will continue shopping regularly but to anyone who reads this, go to a till, it's far easier and the customer service seems to be normal, without the rude remarks. Shout-out to the elder looking gentlemen with the long beard and long hair, extremely helpful and efficient everytime we have dealt with him, always has a smile on his face and makes your trip easier. Maybe this particular invididual should try and take some positives from him. Not happy and left feeling rather frustrated.

   Went on a Saturday evening. Self-service tills all closed with a security guard leaning against a wall. Only one till open and a large queue quickly developed. Plenty of staff in the shop all filling shelves, moving stuff around and all totally ignoring queueing customers.

   Great shop, great prices and very helpful and friendly staff. I have shopped here for 5 years maybe longer and the quality of the food and choice has significantly improved. I used to shop at Sainsbury's but haven't been back there for a while. Ever time I went I was horrified at the prices they charge.

   Great place to buy daily groceries at a reasonable price. There is free parking available. Now they have added self checkout, which has reduced checkout time. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

   Aldi provides really good value quality produce. Sometimes the queus are a bit long but at least staff don't rush you like they did in the early days. I have a disability and find it hard to pack my food quickly. The staff are always helpful and kind. The shelves are always stacked well and displays are good

   Love this supermarket,the staff are the best. There is this very funny older gentleman that works at one of the tills that makes me snort laugh everytime. I don't think he even knows how funny he is. Everyone is lovely. 4 stars because the variety is lacking sometimes and I bought some mouldy raspberries there 2 days ago.

   Good value food and fresh produce. Shame the store isn't larger though. The store has now been updates as of 15/08/19. Much better now with wider isles and bigger freezers and fridges.
