Really great staff, friendly and helpful. The little random chats while I post and receive items are always nice. They send and receive Royal Mail items and in post amongst others (not EVRI)
The shop itself is lovely and clean and well stocked and organised but has been taken over by ‘new management’ and unfortunately for me, the worker on the few occasions I’ve attended and been served, were unfriendly so I will no longer shop there, there’s really no need to be unhappy when a customer is friendly but doesn’t receive back the same kindness.
No stars. I was charged £10.40 for 8 second class stamps. I questioned the price I was told 2nd class stamps are £1.30 each and 'we don't make a profit on stamps'. I later googled the price and they are 87p. When I returned to question it again I was once again told £1.30. If you shop here, check what you are being charged.
Just wanted to say how impressed I have been with Furrows Mini Mart. I had to self isolate (again) & they delivered some essentials I needed within minutes!!! What a fantastic local shop this continues to be!!
Very handy little shop with great service and good prices. Has everything you need when you can't be bothered driving out for a full groceries shop. The car cleaning service is really thorough as well.
This store has made an impressive transformation! The owner is definitely providing to the community and now provides great services such as dry cleaning, deliveroo, DPD and even a car wash service!! If this isn’t enough, you’ll always walk in to a friendly store! Great man, great store :)
Furrows Mini Mart Ltd holds very good customer service in delivering 100% to each customers needs. A shop with bizarre yet bubbly atmosphere and always welcoming. A shop that doesn’t feel you are shopping but chilling in. Surprising note, the Owner is always happy to give discounts and by his brilliant people skills, people want to come back.
Excellent turn around. The shop had nothing init before the owner took over. Great team, great service . Hard to find a well run store these days. The owner is a real part of the community helping locals and meeting their needs.
