   I went here for a full service on my Vauxhall Corsa and couldn’t have been happier with the professionalism and quality they provided. I had my car back within a few hours of the work starting and he was really thorough in checking and tuning everything. Originally quoted £250 he was able to bring it in at £205 so really showed me how honest he was. Really pleased with my experience here and will definitely use again.

   Called up with issues on my brakes and got it fixed within the day. Also had an exhaust problem that they peaked at and then quoted for the part. As silly as it sounds, they actually phoned me back when they said they would. I’ve never found a garage in Aberdeen that have done that, not even some big name places! Car booked in again for the following week and exhaust fixed. Great customer service, calls to update and prices are all clearly given out and noted individually on the invoice (again, not something I’ve always had!). Would definitely recommend!

   He rescheduled once with me for a sick colleague... that's fine, it's a small business! When I arrived, I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up. No apology. He had said he would look at my car at the scheduled time, then call me to let me know the work needed to be done (cost, time, etc). Many hours later, called to check in. He was utterly annoyed that I called and told me to make my way down and take the car elsewhere because he can't get any work done if I kept calling. I told him he must be mistaken me for someone else, I only called once. I had no idea if he'd need the car for 5 hours or 5 days! He basically kicked me out because he was really too busy to fix my car (which he admitted later when I came to take the car). It was the top 3 worst customer service experiences I've had in Scotland. I wish he had just told me in advance that he was too busy and to not bring it in. I would have saved 6 hours of my day. Not to mention there were images of topless women on the walls in the garage. He promotes the objectification of women and I don't want to deal with people like that.
