Needed a new battery for my daughters car . Arrived at garage 9.30 am asked for it to be ordered. The battery arrived at lunchtime . Dropped the car off after she finished work at 5.30 pm . Work started straight away until car was ready to go . Cannot fault the service or the manners lovely to deal with will use again
En route from Skye to Aberdeen with a sick child and had to make an emergency stop outside Inverurie due to serious car trouble as a result of snowy conditions. Arrived just before closing and Graeme could not have been more helpful despite me having no appointment and no clue as to what was going on. Within 20 minutes I was on my way again to the hospital and cannot recommend this garage highly enough.
Always top quality service. Speaks you though everything beforehand so you're fully aware of the work to be done. Great workmanship and very reliable. Worth every penny
Avoid this place. I was booked in for a service, when I arrived just after 9:00 AM nobody was around, just a dog barking at me. I tried calling and nobody answered, I waited around for 10 minutes then had to go to work. I called again at lunch time to see if I could come down and leave the car and was greeted by a rude woman saying I should of left a message and that it was too late now because they took in other work, they didn't even try to call me first. Terrible attitude to customers, and now actually hearing bad things about them from others at work.
Most trustworthy garage you'll ever visit. Everything made crystal clear before work carried out. Competitive labour rates. All calls taken and if not, voicemails answered quickly. Graeme was firm with my warranty company over multiple phonecalls and won the pay out. Great advice, friendly, go the extra mile, for no extra cost. FIVE STARS!
