First time I have used this garage, took my bike in Friday for MOT, I must have been there 5 minutes and the bike was in and the MOT started. Very friendly staff and a very busy garage.
I have a car which I've been actively trying to sell the last 6 weeks or so, as its no longer my day to day vehicle I forgot its MOT was due and required an urgent test. I contacted the garage and I was very fortunate to be fitted in today. By 4pm I had been told the car had passed its MOT, went in to pick it up and the whole process was absolutely seamless. I was very impressed with the ladies in the reception who were very welcoming and clearly knew what they were talking about, while also having some good conversations with the guys in the garage as well. All in all I'd describe the whole experience as exactly what you'd hope for from a garage, job done painlessly, clearly knew exactly what they were doing, all while having a smile on their faces. I will absolutely be returning and recommending to anyone I speak to, great job!
It is a true saying you do not know how good a company is until there is an issue. Well I had an issue. West High Street Garage, Inverurie quickly sorted it out to my complete satisfaction and in a polite and friendly manner. Will I go back there with my car? Yes! Will I recommend to others? Yes! AVOID Had my Navara in for nearly 3 months for a turbo issue and still never sorted the problem, a lot of money spent and motor is still gassed

Recently put my car here for auto gearbox oil change and tyres. From the friendly staff at reception when booking it in to the job itself was hassle free. Car was ready when they said it would be so I wasn't hanging around. Competitively priced also which is great in this climate. Would definitely recommend and would have no hesitation in re-booking next time my car needs something done.
My motorcycle wheel came back with scratches and scrapes from tyre levers (maybe it was screwdrivers?), after I left it with them to change a tyre over. It was only when I complained about this they admitted they had problems with it and offered to "polish out" the damage, but said I would have to bring the wheel back another time. It seemed to me that they were aware they had caused the damage but omitted to bring it to my attention. The only positive thing that came out of this exchange was that they said they now won't be accepting spoked wheel tyre changes. Update July 2022... The new tube fitted with my tyre gave out at Fort Augustus, about 150 miles from home. When I took the wheel for repair, the fitter said the tube was meant for a front wheel and was therefore stretched too much, became too thin and it chafed through causing the puncture. I'd done less than1000 miles since it was fitted...
