   Had an issue with my Audi on the day before Christmas Eve. Asked if I could have it diagnosed morning of Christmas Eve since I was 600miles from home. Great experience, reasonable price and could not believe how accommodating they were. Communication was good, thoroughly explained the issue and was honest about when they might be able to help me out because of Christmas.

   Brilliant communication whilst I had my car in for diagnostics. Dropped my car off in the morning, had a call during the day with an update and then a further call to say my car was ready to be collected. When I arrived to collect, the mechanic Russell was extremely helpful and talked me through everything that was done and what my options were moving forward with the repair. Happily booked the car in for repair next week, confident that I'll receive the same positive experience.
