What a great Supermarket with great product and even Santa Clause to welcome you at Christmas time at the entrance.
Good shop. Plenty of parking and easy to reach as its on a main road. Only downside is that it doesn't have a backery section like Lidl next door.
Disrespected by both unhinged and out of control staff and a manager who could not adjudicate an argument over whether one has the right to leave ones groceries in the basket. Personally I find it stops bottles rolling and also gives you privacy. When I explained this to the hothead checking out she had a meltdown, despite me complying and taking my stuff out of the basket and placing them on the belt! She then refused to serve me. There's no self service either which would never have happened if there was. I'm going to make an official complaint as a customer I feel ALDI should be training their staff better. civiliaedway
Pretty typical Aldi store very much like any other. Not a huge amount of car parking. Has an advantage of being right next door to a Lidl store.
Terrible service there is a Polish women who sits on the first till she were glasses. She is a poor excuse of a human she is extremely rude with no customer service skills. She shouted me down in front of everyone loudly saying if I have paid for the items under my buggy which I purchased from another store. As if i were a black theif. There was a security guard in the store so it was not needed she needs to stilck to the till.I complained to both the manager and aldi customer service I was not informed of the outcome terrible store and management. .
Aldi has always been a great shop for value and selection, but they've excelled in recent years with the addition of some amazing vegan options at crazily low prices. Many ranges have been developed such as pet goods like bedding, toys and treats. Their own brands are incredible quality. I've even purchased shoes and boots half the cost of regular retailers yet equally well made. All foods offer quality and price you'll be hard pressed to match elsewhere. The way checkouts are managed is brilliant - they're ways on the ball to make sure customers are seen to swiftly. Staff are great and always friendly and helpful. Best supermarket in my opinion.
Clean and tidy. Nice and friendly service. Very good prices. Good products. Fresh meat, fruits, vegetables, baked. Frozen products. A large selection of beer and wine. A large store. A large parking. Disabled parking. Easy access. recommend
