   5* isn't a high enough star ⭐ wow what can I say absolutely an amazing colourist so down to earth and charming it was an absolute pleasure meeting jade today so humble...I didn't have a clue want I wanted and she just knew what to do and the results well me crying with joy is all I need to say I went in feeling extremely low about myself and my hair and came feeling like a different person I can not thank you all enough ..all the team were a pleasure kind and welcoming and I can not rate them enough just wish I had gone to them sooner really boasted my confidence.

   Jade is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I sat down, she really listened to exactly what I wanted, and she delivered it perfectly. The hair wash was superb — relaxing and thorough — and the blow dry left my hair looking flawless, polished, and full of life. What I appreciated most was how attentive she was; she truly understood my ask and made sure the end result matched it. I left feeling not just satisfied, but delighted. Highly recommend Jade for anyone who wants both skill and care in their hair experience!

   Unaccommodating. I'm sure they provide a great service once there but I was quite disappointed today when I called to let the salon know I was running late (would have arrived 6 or 7 minutes late for my appointment) and was told the appointment would be cancelled and I would be charged the full amount. The appointment was for a dry trim on short hair so really would not have taken very long at all, but I was told that being less than 10 minutes late would mean the hairdresser would not be able to eat lunch. Of course I understand the need to be on time for appointments in a busy salon but wherever I have gone in the past, there has been some flexibility for both the client and the hairdresser and being less than 10 minutes late certainly should not warrant having to cancel the appointment.
