   Mary has disappointed me yet again, she has lost her touch and now she is rushing through as many people for money. When customers say that their hair is coming undone, or not the style they wanted, Mary did not do a thing to help. Mary influenced me to use the easier type of hair rather than the hair I bought. For her sake, she made me throw away my hair; she did this because the hair I bought took a lot of time to do. and She wanted to hurry. I thought using this hair would make my hairstyle look natural; after my hair was done within the hour, the hair started to come undone. I sent her a text to tell her, but she was not interested and was not willing to refund half or do anything to help me; she only just manipulated the situation, switching it to me, saying it was my fault. This is wrong, and I am very disappointed.

   I will highly recommend Mary to anyone who needs any perfect hair styles. I always leave her shop fully satisfied with the biggest smile and pride when she does my dread. She puts her whole heart and time in what she does incredibly.

   This is the second time I've taken my 2 boys to Mary and she's done a fabulous job on both. They were happy with their new look and so was their mum. Her colleague was equally warm, friendly and professional at the Salon. The boys were provided with a film to watch whilst waiting and rewarded with a treat at the end of their experience. Thanks Mary for a job well done and a great kid-friendly social environment.
