   Nice atmosphere and service but unfortunately the lack of communication discourages me from booking any more appointments at this salon. I have been waiting since Monday for someone to reply to me, I called on Tuesday and supposedly someone will contact me. Today is Thursday and still nothing. It's a shame but I will not recommend this place to my friends because now I have to look for a hairdresser before my friend's birthday on Saturday.

   Karen is so friendly. She always makes me feel very welcome and I get a great cut every time! Prices are reasonable. My dog comes with me and sits on my lap while I have my hair done. The café style table outside is a nice touch - especially in all the warm weather we've been having!

   After trying to find a hairdresser after moving to Southampton and after my regular one had shut down I reached out to Glitz and Karen is just amazing. She knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut and just did an amazing job. I have revived so many compliments from both friends and coworkers. Definitely would recommend

   I booked an appointment today at 3pm which I booked with Leanne in the week. Leanne you agreed to do my hair at 3pm. I came to your salon and your shop is closed. You are not there. Thank you for stitching me up for hair appointment for my hen night. Tried calling you few times and no contact from you. Very disappointed. Not reliable and professional.

   Awful awful awful. I shouldnt have paid them! 2 girls and none of them know anything about hair! Or haircuts!!! Worse haircut of my life! I found the hairdresser quite rude as well. I had to go to Element after to sort it out and paid 38 pounds there too!
