Had my biab nails done, they did chip after few days, i think it may have been due to the hot weather not sure, i contacted timeless and however they did kindly rectify my nails straight away with no further charge needed. Thank you very much Lauren & Sunita, shall be returning as they were very attentive :-) x
Always a pleasure to visit. Lauren and Sunita are both warm and friendly and provided a totally professional and unhurried service. My eyebrows were waxed and tinted and the eyelashes permed and tinted and the result was WOW!!!. The glitter nails looked just awesome. Will be back
Great treatment done by Phoebe - had my eyebrows waxed and tinted for the first time and I am really happy with them and how the treatment went. Had a Swedish massage as well and it was great. The salon is lovely, with welcoming and helpful staff.
I recently visited here hoping for a relaxing and professional nail service, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. During my appointment I requested my gel polish to be removed, the technician (or daughter of the owner) was so rough that they filed my nails down excessively, causing one to break in half (lengthway) and still has not grown back properly after 3 weeks. All my nails are now thin, brittle, and fragile, and it’s clear they were over-filed to the point of damage. I will not be coming back here again.
100% recommend! Took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered the best set I’ve had in a really long time. They don’t use electric files and the products they use are high quality that don’t ruin your nails since they’re advocates of protecting your natural nail. They even protected a broken nail with silk so I could keep the length. I genuinely wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to get my nails done now. Thank you!!
Absolutely fantastic acrylic nails best ones I've had great service great price and very polite friendly ladies and very clean cosy salon my new go to only place i will use from now on abd I felt very welcome and again friends and amazing results
Went for a wax yesterday for the first time. Sunita was lovely and made me feel very at ease. Made waxing such a pleasant experience will definitely be returning :)

Sunita was kind and made me feel easy right from walking in the door, she is extremely professional and also friendly, we chatted away whilst she did an amazing job on my lashes, it’s fair to say I will not be going anywhere else now! Lauren is lovely too, the place is perfect for anyone needing to find a new place to get your nails or lashes done! These are 100% everything you want and need in the beauty world. Easy to find, clean, friendly staff and even better services. My lashes lasted for weeks! Thank you to Sunita for being so amazing!
