My fianceé booked a full body wax a week before our wedding. It was the worst experience of her life. She’s never been waxed before so she was very nervous about going. When she arrived she wasn’t welcomed at all and said the owner Nikki was rude - my fianceé felt uncomfortable just being there. The place is very unprofessional and unhygienic. Nikki, who did her full body wax didn’t wear gloves, and missed quite a few spots all over her body - which she had to shave when she got home. Nikki’s colleague (her daughter) did the Hollywood hot wax. She made conversation which was nice, but she double dipped the wax stick. She used the same wax stick for the entire Hollywood wax. This would take bacteria from the stick and transfer it to the wax pot - which I imagine would have happened with previous clients. So the bacteria would pass on. So my partner got home from the wax, and a few hours later had red dots all over her body. The next day, these red dots turned into pimples with white heads. ALL OVER her body, legs, arms, back, belly. Everywhere that was waxed. After some research, it seems to be Folliculites. Overall the experience was dreadful, was not worth the £130, and has put on a lot of stress as we now have to hope the Folliculites will go away before our wedding! Do not recommend.
Where do I start? It was absolutely terrible from the moment I walked in. I booked a full body wax, including a Hollywood hot wax. In short - no greeting when I arrived, for some reason her system said it was a full body massage - which caused confusion! She then just told to go in a room and lay down. Nikki didn’t wear gloves, and she rushed my whole service, left areas of hair. She didn’t even make any conversation. I told her it’s my first time and she didn’t have a care in the world. Her colleague who did the Hollywood double dipped the wax stick (very unhygienic). A few hours after I left the appointment I had red dots ALL OVER my body. The next day this turned into pimples EVERYWHERE with white heads, also known as Folliculitis. Also, the pictures of the salon on the website are very deceiving - it looks nothing like it! Avoid this place at all costs!!
Been coming to Nikkiz for nearly 20 years! Preeti is the Queen of eyebrows and Nikkis facials are divine! An amazing place,so easy to book,always on time,easy parking and the best advice,the ladies know their stuff!

Very efficient ladies and so pleasant and chatty. Really enjoyed the treatment.Only problem was initially difficult to locate the premises as I was unfamiliar with the area.
