My daughter had an appointment this morning at 9am. She turned up on the dot but sadly the Salon was shut. Still shit at 1022. Phoned but no answer or explanation. A very disappointed girl as she was getting her hair done for upcoming Cruise. Still no word from the salon.
I have been using Diana's services for more than 2 years now and it is wonderful what she does with my hair!!!! I am happy that I have found such a wonderful professional, she gives me a great dyeing of my hair and a wonderful haircut!!
I love my new hair-do! The lady (Ukranian, I don't know her name) is very talented. She gave me a great head massage during the hair wash and then looked at the photos of what I wanted (Kathy the channel 4 news reader) and did exactly as I wanted. I am very happy and all set to go to a wedding now at the weekend. Thankyou!!
Today was my 3rd visit to Aura hair. Ausra is the most talented hairdresser I think I have ever used, her scissor skills are amazing. I had planned on leaving my root regrowth and just having a cut, but she convinced me to have a few highlights, managed to still fit in her other clients and I left feeling amazing! Look after her Aura hair, she is an absolute gem! X

I was made to feel very welcome in this happy salon. I was offered tèa & coffee which I happily accepted as it was so cold outside. My hairdresser, Holly, is very dedicated to her job in hand & I was more than happy with her work. I have rebooked

Very Disappointed - booked for me and my daughter to find out when we got there that a stylist wasnt in - said they tried to call me but no calls on my phone. Daughters hair cut was half an hour late and mine didn't happen as I waited over an hour and it was then too late as 7pm. Poor people skills and very stressed manager - not a nice experience
