Accepts card and cash, fairly priced, quick, skilled and quality yet quick service, some parking out front but limited. Staff communicated well, pricing was displayed for all services available, excellent waiting chairs, display of photos, statues and so on. I will be traveling an extra 20 minutes in order to visit this barbers from now on, they've been in Romsey for 16 years and I can see why.

This popular establishment has very friendly staff, who are all skilled and experienced barbers. No advance booking, so bring a book in case you need to wait for a few minutes. I've never been disappointed with my haircut here.

I really hate giving a low stars but the whole point of reviews is to let others know how your experience was. Pricing was good. The parrot made for an interesting visit and the design of the store is really cool. However, the place had a bad smell of cigarette smoke, I had to get changed and showered as soon as I got home and I even had to wash my jacket as the smell was so bad. Half way through my haircut I said “that’s fine” once the sides were done as I didn’t want to stay any longer for the top to be done as the smell was affecting my asthma :( There were teenagers outside smoking so all I can do is presume that was all coming in through a window and my timing was unfortunate. On the plus side the hairdresser was lovely and engaging and nice and talkative.

Went in here to get a very slight trim for my toddler as it was recommended to me. The staff weren’t particularly welcoming and we waited 45 minutes (during which time we made sure to keep my son out of the way and entertained) only to be told during a 2 minute interaction that they would not cut his hair on our lap. I’m not sure the reasoning behind this, but most 18 month olds would need this reassurance for a first hair cut. It’s fine if this is their policy, but a hello and being given a heads up of this when we arrived with our (obviously very young) son would have been appreciated. Keeping a toddler entertained in a confined space for a prolonged period is challenging so we left feeling quite annoyed. The staff weren’t particularly friendly and I wouldn’t recommend for kids under 4 or 5 due to all of this.

I've had great experiences here. The booking system is great and you always get a text confirming your appointment which is really useful. I had a fantastic hair cut from Amelia and went back a few months later and she remembered exactly what I had and did exactly the same again. Would definitely recommend.

I had the worst haircut ever yesterday, it was absolutely terrible. Other barbers are good there, with reasonable prices, but my barber yesterday ruined their reputation for me. Overall, 2/5 stars.

An American bar/movie inspired interior, decent haircut and fun chat, with parking round the back and no booking system (walk-ins only)
