   My car suddenly broke down yesterday and I took it in this morning in the off chance they could squeeze me in on a busy day for a diagnosis- I’m so impressed with the service, not only was my car diagnosed but was up and running perfectly in the same day. It took so much of the stress off what I thought would be a major issue. Much appreciated and highly recommend!

   I am someone who dreads having anything much to do with cars but James Cooper and a Son puts me very much at ease. The reception is lovely and they even send reminder messages for your MOT. I feel like it's very good value for money, and as someone who knows nothing about cars, I feel that they treat me kindly and take time to explain things well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this garage.

   My car had failed it's mot at another garage and wasn't given much information on what was wrong. So went to James cooper and son and had a fantastic experience. Everything was explained well and was very honest. Great service and friendly staff. Couldn't of asked for a better experience and great work done on the car. Would highly recommend.

   Very friendly and supportive members. Even in the busiest time, they have spared time to inspect my car and got appointment after few days. All the members that I spoke with were very polite and have high standard of customer care and professional. I will continue here even if I need to wait a long for an appointment.    Had a frustrating intermittent problem that caused the car to go into “limp mode”. Other garages had not been able to diagnose it and resolve it. Went here when the problem occurred again while on holiday in Aberdeen and the service was first class. They fitted me in at short notice as I was only in the area for a long weekend, took time to understand the problem - it was really great to speak to the technician in person. Friendly and helpful throughout, they did a great job.
