Brilliant service , problem with exhaust fixed within 2 hours . Even had to go and get the part . Can’t fault the place will deffo go back and use them for everything required in the future fir my daughters car . Thank you to the 3 guys involved in helping , repairing and sorting the problem.
I'm leaving this review so others know what to expect. First, the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional — she was watching TikTok on her phone while I was trying to talk to her. Second, they charged me twice as much as other places for the same work. I feel like I was overcharged and not given a proper explanation. Third, the mechanic was also rude. When I asked if there was any other work that needed to be done on my vehicle, he just said, "What you told me to do is done, other work I don’t know," — which felt careless and dismissive. I won’t be coming back and I wouldn't recommend this place to others.
PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. This is the worst garage ever. Put my peugeot 3008 in for clutch and flywheel in with no lights on the dash and engine running fine. Came back to pick up car 5 days later saying fixed now. Went to start it wasn't starting and garage said (we have used easy start to start the car cause it wasn't starting) which it was before they touch it and now car won't start without it and there is a massive knocking from engine and dash is like a Christmas tree now and I can't get the car out too get it to a different garage. When you speak to the mechanic or any staff they walk away and hide or just leave you standing around like a idiot. And they refused to look at it or a refund or any understanding from them. And the damage done to the car too.(PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE.)
H and M Aberdeen should know that people who brings their car there are not professional and if a complain is made, they should try their best to figure out what is happening and not asking the customer questions. My car was making a sound after I got it repaired in H and M and I took it back there and it was taken for a short road test but unfortunately the noise wasn’t coming up. I already told them the noise comes up after a long drive. The next thing that was said was that I was the one trying to create a problem. Can you imagine that? I wouldn’t recommend this garage for anybody. Take your car elsewhere. Thanks
Please DO NOT GO THERE - these guys are rip off merchants and say they are doing things but DON'T. They advised that both top mounts on my Peugeot needed replaced so I went ahead and got this done. After leaving the garage the original noise on the front passenger side was worse than before.... I have taken the car back and it was put up on the ramp, as I suspected it was the exhaust - it wasn't. The guy took my car for a drive around so he could hear the noise and when he came back he said it was the top mount which had previously just been replaced. He opened the bonnet and when we looked at both top mounts it is clear that the passanger side has been replace BUT the drivers side has not. The man got defensive and rude when I tackled him on the fact the drivers side had not been done saying if we say it has it has and it clearly has NOT. So not only have the screwed up the side they did do they have charged me for parts and labour for the drivers side which they did not touch. I have talked to citizen advice, am getting independent review for proof and then will be reporting them to Trading Standards and taking them to small claims court to get my money back for the work they never even did. These people are scammers!
If you want to save your car and your money, don't go to this place. My car's tailgate lock wasn't opening and Halfords didn't have an early appointment so I ended up there randomly as I had to travel to Glasgow the next day. There were four guys. One of them started working on the lock. After 20 minutes I heard very loud thumps from within my car and after the 4th one the boot burst open. The guy was kicking on my car boot from inside. He kicked so hard that he broke the lock. After that he came to me and said there was no other way to do it. I asked him, do you now know whether the problem is the lock or the wiring (as it's electric) he said no I don't. I asked him who will check the wiring he said they didn't have an electrician. I asked him why he broke the lock when he didn't know if it was the wiring that needed fixed. To which he had no answer. He asked me to pay for 'diagnosing' the problem. To cut the story short I spoke to the manager who told me he was sorry but there wasn't anything they could do. I called them many times after that to know if they could fix it. They told me it'll cost me 200£ for the lock and 35£ service charges. I wanted to speak to Hamza who's apparently the owner of the place. I've called multiple times but they always say he'll get back to you. It's been around two months. The worst experience! I wish I had never gone to this place!

Went to this garage after hitting a pothole,, tyre was ripped,,,,was after a very specific make and tread pattern,,,they didn’t have one in stock but were very helpful and managed to source and get one in no time at all ,,, a great service from a great squad ,, very highly recommended ,,,thanks guys
Phoned this morning to get fitted in they managed to squeeze today to get the van back.on the road fast friendly and excellent work
Curbed my wheel in the snow very badly. Was driving past and seen this place. Drove in and they took me in straight away whereas all the garages wouldn’t even check my car due to Christmas busyness. They told me the wheel joint had basically broken. They also showed me how my brakes were basically needing changed so asked if I want that too. Done all of this in basically a day and gave me my car back. Also had wheel alignment done. Price is good, but for me it’s how quick they dealt with my problem as i needed it done urgently. Each and every single one of the staff was very kind and explained every problem to me also. New business but will definitely be my no.1 spot if business is kept at same standard. Really appreciate the service :)))
