   Unfortunately has a bad experience today. Son really upset and had to go straight to another barber to get it fixed. Guy didn't seem to hear anything of what we asked for and just ended up with a pretty odd short back and sides. Sounds like this is unusual for this barbers but there it is. Welcome was nice. Coffee good. Hair not so much.

   I'd grown my beard out much longer - it needed styling, and I needed some help to work through what I wanted. Jed very patiently talked things through, offered great advice and suggestions, and then made it happen brilliantly. I'm very pleased with the excellent results, but also feel educated and more confident. Plus it was an enjoyable, chilled experience. What a great place, couldn't recommend enough.

   Booking my very first haircut after cancer treatment was making me feel nervous. Jed was so really lovely and made me feel at ease. Loved the fact that he considered my emotions and expectations. His expertise and knowledge is outstanding. He had not only given me the best pixie haircut ever but also confidence I was lacking for a long time. since then Ive had a few haircuts done by Jed and I loved every single one. Couldn’t recommend him enough!! Great salon experience! Very friendly staff!

   Amazing experience right from when I walked in, warm and friendly atmosphere. The guys there make you feel really welcome it was my first haircut in 6 months so they really made it easier.    It’s not very often I feel compelled to write reviews but I have to give Dylan at Hugo’s 5 stars. I have longer hair and am always a little nervous going to barbers, as most don’t always seem to know how to do great work with longer styles…this certainly isn’t the case with Dylan. He consulted, listened, informed and cut perfectly to the shape of my face, working to brief, but also adding creative vision of his own that exceeded expectations. My hair is easier to style and has more movement in it that ever before, the man is an artist! I’ll be back for sure. Thank you again, amazing work!

   Hugo’s deliver a first rate service. The shop itself proved clean and modern, reflective of the youthful and modern barbers behind the chairs. Chatty, vibrant and personal my cut began with a series of questions to ensure Dylan delivered personalised results. A relaxing wash gave way to a thorough haircut leaving nothing a miss. He was humorous and charming throughout without getting distracted. The equipment was first rate and so proved the results with fantastic finish. This is not “gentleman’s Barbershop” these are younger gents prepared to offer a modern service to men who want to simply look their best. Top class.
